The survey enhancements focused on expanding key features and optimizing the user experience. I introduced important capabilities such as audience selection, improved analytics, and employee-lifecycle surveys. Additionally, I made considerable improvements to the overall user interface and experience. All these updates were driven by the singular goal of increasing adoption and usage.

Based on the identified pain points and the market research discussed above, I have categorized the solutions using the MoSCoW framework into four priority buckets: Must-Have, Should-Have, Could-Have, and Won't-Have, with the highest priority solutions in the Must-Have category and the lowest in the Won't-Have category.
